These dark brown bone beads are designed in the spirit of traditional Nigerian coconut heishi. While these beads seem nearly identical to their wooden coconut counterparts, do not be fooled. They are made of authentic recycled bone. Looks aside, they are more durable and a bit heavier than traditional African coconut beads. Each bead measures approximately 4mm thick and 16-20mm in diameter, with a hole size of 1-2mm. Each strand measures about 26″ in length. Shade of brown and thickness of beads may vary slightly from photo. Unique find!
