Recycled glass beads like these are made using traditional bead-making techniques that have been used for generations by the Krobo people Africa. Glass from various sources such as bottles is first crushed into a fine powder that is poured into a special clay mold and heated in an oven. These rondelle beads are a large size measuring approximately 20mm in diameter with a hole size of 4mm. These would be great as a centerpiece for a necklace or to decorate that favorite room.
